OUR BASIC 1099-MISCELLANEOUS FORMAT

Form 1099MISC, the most common form variant of Form 1099, used to report miscellaneous income. There are three parts to the 1099-Miscellaneous form…the Federal Copy A, Recipient Copy B and Payer Copy C and/or State Copy. All Copy A’s, Copy B’s, Copy C’s are printed separately and must be collated. Each sheet of our basic 1099-Miscellaneous form contains information for two recipients. Forms are available as packages of 50 8-1/2" x 11" sheets yielding 100 individual 1099 forms. Bulk packages of 500 sheets yielding  1,000 forms are also available.

1099-MISCELLANEUOUS BLANK FORMS FOR YOUR SOFTWARE

Blank forms are available with or without Copy B and Copy C backer information pre-printed. Blank forms are also available with multiple backers and can be used for various 1099 forms (i.e. 1099DIV, 1099INT, 1099R). You can choose from a 2-Up format with or without stub.

 

 

2-UP

Each sheet contains information for two Recipients. All copies are printed separately and the employee copies must be collated for envelope insertion. Forms are sold in packages of 50 8-1/2" x 11" sheets yielding 100 individual 1099 forms. Bulk packages of 500 sheets yielding 1,000 forms are available.

4-UP BOX

4-Up forms are available for Recipients copies and Payer copies in pre-printed and blank formats. Pre-printed forms are grouped by required envelope they use.

3-UP HORIZONTAL

Available as a pre-printed form or as a blank form with perforations and backer copy. Provides Employee Copy B, 2 and C with one employee per page. 100 forms per package. Also available in bulk packages of 500 forms.
